Danielle Skipp was appointed to the OPTrust Board of Trustees, effective June 2, 2026. Danielle is a business leader and lawyer with more than 25 years of experience in financial services and asset management, including roles at CIBC, UBS, Nicola Wealth and now with Sonance Financial as CEO. Danielle is an advocate for industry associations, notably 100 Women in Finance (of which she was previously chair) and is a board member with the national charity The Forum for Women Entrepreneurs. She has just completed serving for six years on the University of Toronto Governing Council.
