- News - OPTrust Select website honoured with Gold dotComm award for creativity and design
TORONTO, September 24, 2019 – OPTrust, one of Canada’s largest defined benefit pension plans, has been awarded a Gold dotCOMM Award by the Association of Marketing and Communications Professionals (AMCP). The award celebrates excellence in web creativity and design for the OPTrust Select website.
The Gold dotCOMM Award follows the organization’s 2017 Gold Marcom Award win for its defined benefit (DB) advocacy program, People for Pensions.
"Congratulations to our team who worked on the OPTrust Select website for this outstanding achievement, highlighting yet again, the exceptional talent and creativity we have here,” said Peter Lindley, OPTrust President and CEO. “Providing our members with easily accessible digital communications to complement this innovative product offering continues to be a priority and we are honoured to have been recognized in this way."

Since its inception in 1994, AMCP has judged over 200,000 digital and creative marketing projects throughout the world. The competition is unique in that it reflects the role creative organizations play in dynamic web and digital, and the transformational effect on how we market and communicate products and services.
