Tracy joined OPTrust’s Executive Leadership Team in 2021. With over 20 years of experience in human resources, Tracy has been instrumental in shaping OPTrust’s talent strategy, learning and development programs, and ongoing inclusion, diversity and equity focus.

Tracy is an accomplished senior human resources leader with a broad range of experience including strategy, employee engagement, talent management, HR operations and labour relations. She has held human resources leadership roles in telecommunications and technology firms.

Tracy began her career as a lawyer after receiving her Bachelor of Journalism from Carleton University, and her law degree (JD) from the University of Toronto, before completing her MBA at the Rotman School of Management.
